New York City New York City is the site of MTWs annual pre-field cross-cultural training during the month of July. Interns will help with the pre-field training by running the childcare program and teaching young children aspects of cross-cultural skills, participate in a four-week discipleship program to study Gods Word together, and will participate in one of the ethnic churches to learn aspects of hand-on ministry in a different culture.

Leopolis Green is an intensive missionary training internship in a community where you will be engaged in university and English ministry in the afternoons and trained through lecture/discussions in the morning. Green stands for "greenhouse," which is what the missionary team provides: a protected place to work through important issues in the intern's life and calling. Come with your questions and we will work through the subjects of evangelism, gospel in cross-cultural context, calling, missions, how Christ relates to all areas of life, and more. The community of interns alongside the full-time missionaries will be responsible for planning and executing a week-long Mountain English Camp for 50 Ukrainian university students while following up with them through parties, hiking trips, and discussion groups.
